“Lift up now your eyes and look from the place where you are, north, south, east and west; for all that you see, I will give to you and to your seed forever, says the Lord.” (Gen. 13:14b, 15)
It seems no matter where you turn today people are talking about “the economy” and the negative financial condition of our country. It seems to creep into every conversation with friends or even strangers. I suppose that because we are quite an affluent country compared to almost any other nation in the world, we have grown comfortable with a secure lifestyle, one that we never thought might one day be severely altered or changed. While lower to middle class Americans may feel the bulk of this economic downslide, even the “well off” are talking about it. Doctors, lawyers and entertainers alike are discussing its impact upon their careers. Television celebrities and movie stars are being sought out by the media for their thoughts on “the economy” and are appearing on shows like “Larry King Live”, late night TV with Jay Leno, David Letterman and others to discuss it.

After a very busy Summer and early Fall we are taking a 2 week break from our traveling and ministry schedule for a needed rest. Pray for this to be a time of great refreshing in body and spirit. Over the course of the past few months I have personally ministered to several hundred people sometimes praying with individuals for more than 2 hours in a service. The Lord has always been so faithful to give us His awesome strength when needed. Jesus said, “Come to me all who are burdened and heavy laden and I will give you rest.” (Mt. 11:28) So be it Lord Jesus!
ILLINOIS REVIVAL REPORT!
We have just returned home from a great series of meetings in Illinois where night by night we ministered the Promises of God to many. Our key verse was Psalm 107:20a) where the Bible says that “He sent His word and healed them and delivered them from all of their diseases.” What a wonderful thing it was to see God heal and deliver His people through the Word that He sent us.
UPCOMING MEETINGS IN PASADENA, CALIFORNIA:
We are expecting a great move of the Holy Spirit in upcoming meetings in Pasadena, CA where we will be holding multiple meetings. I will be speaking on the theme, “Open Our Eyes Lord!”, a call from the Lord for us to see all of His glory and fulness from our lives. Pray for many to see their need for Jesus and trust Him with their lives.
